Neoprene emulsion primer designed to prevent rapid drying of adhesives and levelling compounds. To promote adhesion of Stopgap levelling compounds to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.

- Absorbent substrate – Diluted 1 to 4 parts of water
- Non-absorbent substrate – Undiluted.

Time to foot traffic:
- Absorbent – 20 – 30 mins
- Non-absorbent – 60 mins
Ready to receive Adhesive / Compounds :
- Concrete, wood after 45 mins
- Ceramic after 1 – 2 Hours
